Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted at the discretion of the shop owner and must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Once a return or exchange has been approved by shop owner, item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
Please note, personalized or custom orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled. Holiday items are not returnable after the holiday has passed, even if within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
The item must be returned in its original condition. If it is not received in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We do not accept cancellations as all items are hand-made, and made to order. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
